National Park Seminary Condominium

Background

National Park Seminary Condominiums are part of a unique residential community across a 13 acre property in the Forest Glen section of Silver Spring, Maryland. National Park Seminary was a resort hotel from 1887 to 1893, a school for young women from 1894 to 1942, and a U.S. Army medical facility from 1942 to 2004.

Results

We met the unique challenges of maintaining the historic design while converting all common area lighting to LED, accomplishing:

   Annual Cost Savings $3,605
